Each *account* can own three houses, one in each realm, and each must be owned by a different toon of that account. A guild may own only one house.

All three realm's house styles may be placed in any of the three housing zones. Purchase your house deed from the market of the realm whos style you prefer, and bring it to the zone you purchased your lot in. Long houses with firepits are of Midgard, the stately homes with fireplaces are of Albion, and the round homes with cooking fires and mansions with trees in the middle are Hibernia's.

Buy another realm's decorations from the "Decorator" merchants in each housing market, or (for bind stones and other specialties) have a friend with the desired realm's house buy it from their hook points, and place them on your own. For example, to place a Hibernia "Tree" bindstone, buy one from the bindstone hook point of a Hibernia house, and place it on your Albion house bindstone hookpoint. All decorations and hookpoint items purchased from your house are for the realm of your house, they are not based on the realm your house is in.

Note that the Spellcraft merchants of each realm sell that realm's distinct 'dusts'. The other merchants are the same between Albion and Midgard, but the Hiberia merchants sell leaves (armor) ingredients and Hibernia metals.

As you turn in your Glowing Dreaded Seals don't forget to use your earned Bounty Points to save yourself from rent. Just type;

/bountyrent personal ### 

where ### is your rent (20, 200, 800 or 2000 for one week's worth). For one month of cottage rent, for example, /bountyrent personal 80 will fill up your lockbox. Any of the toons on the same account can pay the bounty rent for any house on that account. Granting someone permission to pay your rent does NOT mean they may use their bounty points.

GM's can use /bountyrent guild in the same way, spending guild bounty on the guildhall rent. If your guild runs low of bounty points, any GM (of Guild Rank 0) can also use /bountyrent personal to pay the guild rent. However, it's not possible for guildies of ranks 1 through 9 to do so.
