PvE Utility

Heretics have base group and single target heals that can fill the role of a decent back-up healer. The Heretic has enough concentration to base buff an entire group with dex and con while still having enough left over to give spikes (damage shield) to the tanks in the group. Along with a cleric, the entire group can get base and spec buffs.
