Buffs enhance the stats of a character, which increases defensive abilities, damage, swing and cast speed, etc.
Tank classes should be buffed with: STR, CON, DEX, STR/CON, DEX/QUI, and END
Caster classes should be buffed with: DEX, DEX/QUI, ACU, and STR/CON and CON(in that order) if there is enough conc to do so.
Healer classes should be buffed with: DEX, DEX/QUI, aswell as STR/CON and CON(and STR on hybrid healer/melee classes) if there is conc.
