Sprint is given to all characters at level one. It gives the player a temporary roughly 50% boost in speed. It drains by default 5 endurance a tick. This can be reduced using the Long Wind Realm Ability. Also the top Endurance buffs or chants from Bards, Paladins and Shamen can regenerate Endurance at the rate it is drained resulting in effective endless sprinting.
